For those wishing to improve their practice and seek deeper knowledge of yoga, it is recommended to get a more detailed introduction to the Mai Ram Yoga methodology - to complete the yoga course for beginners "Introduction to Mai Ram Yoga", which consists of theory and Basic level yoga practice. This is the first stage of yoga study at the Mai Ram Yoga school.

During lectures and practical yoga classes, you are introduced to:
• Aspects of Mai Ram Yoga psychology, philosophy, and spiritual knowledge;
• MRY origins – the ancient Indian yoga masters' tradition and the importance of knowledge transmission;
• The MRY method;

After the course, an introductory completion diploma is awarded, and a methodology for personal yoga practice is provided:
• Pranam Prakriti individual practice of asanas, body postures (20 min.);
• Yoga Intro individual asana practice (1 hour 15 min.);
• Pranayama - practice of breathing techniques.

After completing the "Introduction to Mai Ram Yoga" course, the opportunity opens up to deepen your knowledge and transition to higher levels of yoga practice. This system helps systematically develop the body and mind, taking into account personal preparation and goals.
Mai Ram Yoga asana practice levels:
• Yoga Balanced – is an easy, simple, and balanced asana practice suitable for practitioners of all ages and fitness levels, as well as beginners.
• Yoga Intro (individual practice) – is a sequence of asanas and pranayama designed for all people who want to get acquainted with the MRY school and start their asana practice.
• Yoga Open – is a practice accessible to everyone. Yoga Open is an entry-level sequence of body postures; mastering it allows progressing to the Basic level practice.
• Yoga Basic I and II – is the core practice. It consists of intermediate-level asana and pranayama techniques. It aims to strengthen the foundations of asanas and prepare the body for a deeper practice.
• Yoga Advanced I and II – is an advanced, intensive asana and pranayama practice for regular practitioners who have mastered the Yoga Basic I and II practices.
• Yoga Master – is an advanced-level practice designed for regular practitioners of the Advanced I and II practices. This yoga practice is intended for experienced practitioners and teachers.
Consistent learning of yoga according to the Mai Ram Yoga methodical system allows for the gradual mastery of asanas and pranayama. Each practice helps to master the body, quiet the mind, and gain a deeper understanding of oneself.

Yoga teacher studies

Classical Mai Ram Yoga is a unique yoga practice integrated by Guru Mai Ram through many years of practice, transmitted by the classical yoga tradition.
In order to develop and expand the classical integrated Mai Ram Yoga, the Mai Ram International Yoga Association was established [link].
Each year, the Association organizes yoga teacher courses of various levels, studies, various trainings, seminars, and conferences, and cooperates with other related organizations in Lithuania and abroad. Certified Mai Ram Yoga teachers (members of the Association) develop the teaching of classical yoga worldwide.
Those who aspire to become certified Mai Ram Yoga teachers and wish to conduct practical yoga classes, lectures, seminars, or presentations according to the Mai Ram Yoga methodology in various studios, centers, sports clubs, public organizations, events, or conferences, must participate in the Mai Ram Yoga teacher study program.
