The book "Yoga Guide"

The practice of Mai Ram Yoga asanas is a system of yoga techniques developed by Guru Mai Ram, known as krama vinyasa. This is a repetitive sequence of body postures linked in a specific order, where yoga poses and breathing are combined into a consistent flow, smoothly transitioning from one body alignment to another. However, at certain moments, a pause is made, and the asana is held for a long time. This helps to calm the mind, develop mindfulness, release various tensions, and also establish a deep inner connection between the body, mind, and the inner essence.
