Diwali Festival – The Victory of Light Over Darkness

Diwali is a festival of light taking place in autumn, symbolizing the victory of good over evil. People light candles, focusing on inner light, unity, and joy.

In the yoga tradition, light holds a special symbolic meaning – it symbolizes knowledge, truth, and spiritual awakening.

The Diwali festival is the most beautiful celebration of light, the victory of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance. It is full of joy because Diwali reminds us that the inner light is always within us.
